Phuket is the most famous in the Andaman also undoubtedly the developed for tourism with all kind of accommodations. Spectacular private villas, beachfront or with ocean view, in the utmost privacy and personalized service but also some “gems” like Point Yamu by Como, Naka Island and Surin.  Also the Phi Phi archipelago offers stunning islands as Kao Lah (we suggested the Sarojin) and Koh Lanta (we recommend the Layana) that will be the new destinations in the near future. While the Andaman coast is excellent from November to April, the Gulf of Siam is best during the summer and Koh Samui is the “pearl” in this area. Koh Samui is one of the largest islands with white sandy beaches and lush rainforests, hip nightlife, sports and relaxation and at the same time with beautiful sites.

Koh Samui offers a collection of beaches that turn into a cove for a lively nightlife: Chaweng Beach, Big Buddha Beach, Maenam Beach and Choeng Mon Beach on the north coast and solitary beaches on the south coast. Luxury private villas, resorts and boutique hotels give you the best to enjoy your holiday: Belmond Napasai, Mai Samui Beach Resort & Spa or Akyra Chura Samui  are our suggestions. From Samui drop to Koh Phangan, famous for its beautiful beaches and the Full Moon Party or to Koh Tao, kingdom of diverse for the coral reefs and its spectacular backdrops.

Thai Cooking

In recent times, Thai food has emerged as one of the world’s favourite cuisines. Thai food is not just delicious; it is also extremely healthy with the emphasis on fresh ingredients and a subtle balance of flavours. Most of the ingredients used in Thai cooking carry medicinal benefits. A wide range of fresh herbs and spices, such as cumin, nutmeg cloves or bay leafs plus, of course chilli, ginger and garlic are always found in Thai kitchens. The proper use of these ingredients is regarded as a culinary art in Thailand. Many of these herbs and spices can be purchased in western countries, but cannot compare to fresh Thai products. Maybe that is an explanation why even an excellent Thai dinner in your own country can never match the exciting experience of a perfectly prepared meal in Thailand. Enjoy a range of options for learning to cook Thai food in three distinctive areas of Thailand. The cool northern city of Chiang Mai; the capital city of Bangkok and the tropical island of Phuket – each with their own culinary specialities and all uniquely “Thai”.
